WELCOME TO THE LONG AWAITED FASHION ISSUE – What is inside!
First up, we have our fantastic tutorial from Jameela at Sweet Jeelees, who has put together a gorgeous leather handbag for us to create! Alongside that, we also have detailed tutorial from Rachel at KPME, which shows us how to get a tartan effect and make the cutest baby boots. We also have a great vintage mini-dress tutorial by Suzi Thomas from Spongecake Suzebakes!
Exclusive to Cake Masters Magazine, we have a special Runway Barbie Collection by William Tan from the Ipoh Bakery in Malaysia. A totally different and exciting take on a doll cake, where Barbie is transformed wearing high fashion sugar dresses!
Another fantastic addition to this edition is our Sugar Shoe Collection. A selection of cake decorators around the world picked a theme and designed a collection of shoes – wait until you see what has been produced! It was so very hard to decide which shoes to put into the magazine!
On the topic of shoes, I am also very excited to announce our amazing COMPETITION with Shoe Bakery – all you have to do is sketch your dream shoe design and if selected as a winner, Shoe Bakery will make them into a pair of shoes for you to wear, AND there is a chance of it being in their collection! Get sketching! I can’t wait to see what you all come up with!
As well as all the above, Kim from Sugar Rush Custom Cookies has designed a special feature for the magazine. “Fashion Through the Decades” takes us on a trip down memory lane with beautiful royal iced and hand-painted cookies – this is really not to be missed!
