Talk by Sri Ajitbhai

We are delighted to announce that Sri Ajitbhai Popat will be the guest speaker at our centre on Sunday 3rd June at Soar Valley College between 9am - 12pm. 

As we all know Ajitbhai is an ardent devotee of Swami and is a renowned speaker.  This is a great opportunity to hear him share his experiences with Swami and about Swami's mission. 

There is also a special interactive session for the youth with Ajitbhai which will take place from 1pm at East West Centre, 10 Wilberforce Rd, Leicester LE3 0GT.

Calling all Superheroes for Father’s Day!

Our SSE children will be presenting a special Father’s day programme on the theme of “My Father, My Superhero!” on Sunday 17th June between 10:00am – 11:00am at Soar Valley College.  Please do try and join us for an action packed morning!

Study Circle Workshop

As we know one of the Nine Points of Conduct for devotees is the regular reading of Sai literature.  One way to do this is through study circles. We have a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how we can conduct study circles and learn from them.  The workshop will be held on Saturday 16th June between 10:00am to 3:30pm at the East West Community Centre, 10 Wilberforce Road, Leicester, LE3 0GT.  Please speak to Vijayanbhai our centre spiritual coordinator if you are interested in attending.

Eid Celebrations

As we all know, our Muslim brothers and sisters are fasting for Ramadan and this will end with the festival of Eid in this month around 15th June.  We will be marking the festival of Eid and Ramadan with a special programme on Sunday 24th June between 10:00am – 11:00am at Soar Valley College.    

Centre Committee Meeting

Our next centre committee meeting is on Tuesday 5th June between 7:30pm - 9:30pm at Soar Valley College (upstairs in room above the gym).  We would love you to attend and share your ideas and thoughts on what we do at the centre.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

Regional Family Values Day - Save the Date!

Please save the date for our annual Regional Family Values Day on Sunday 1st July at Coombe Country Park in Coventry from 10:30am to 4:30pm.  It will be a fun packed day for everyone with lots of activities. games and of course a picnic.  A great way for the entire Sai Family to get together. 

Sunday Workshops and Speakers

Every Sunday after bhajans we try to organise a workshop, study circle or have a guest speaker  (when we don't have a special programme planned as listed above).  These normally take place in the main hall. Here are the dates for some of these:

• Sunday 10th June - Parent's Study Circle
• Sunday 24th June -  Vedam Practice
