Announcements 14th May 2017

"Wherever you see a sick person, a dispirited, disconsolate, diseased person, there is your field of service. Every blood cell, every nerve must tingle with love, with eagerness to share that love with the forlorn. When love has filled the heart, it has really been transformed into Divinity, for God is love and love is God."

Dear

Jai Sai Ram! It was great to see the children lead this month's activities with the Easwaramma Day programme and I'm sure we'll see lots of more of them in the next few months.  Lots of different events happening in the rest of May so please do try to take part in as many as you can. As always, please send us any feedback about this email or our events by emailing us at info@leicestersaicentre.org

Easwaramma Day Programme

Last Sunday we enjoyed a great programme from the SSE children and gurus for Easwaramma Day.  There were lovely bhajans sung by the children, a procession with the children representing different countries and talks and plays from the children.  Niralaben gave a great talk on Save the Planet and how much harm is caused by plastic and especially plastic bags.  This tied in nicely with the activity which the gurus had planned where the children and their parents all decorated re-usable material bags. Overall a great fun packed morning!
