For those who are granting family care leave above statutory requirement, how many days are your company giving?

Thanks

I have determined the policy such that it coincides with child care and extended child care....6 days.

If employee has a child below 7, then take child care.

If employee has a child 7-12, then 2 days child care+ 4 days family care.

If employee has children above 7 and aged parents , then family care is 6 days.

One employee can only take one category of the above.
