Highlighting voices that aren’t generally heard in the mainstream, the Dr. Martens Presents Music & Film Series is proud to celebrate the tenacious musicians living in the L.A. and NYC music scenes through a handful of rare concert events and mini-documentary films. Confirmed artists include Samia, Junglepussy, PJ, The Paranoyds , SadGirl , OSHUN , Combo Chimbita , Phony Ppl and Death Valley Girls.

COLLiDE presents month-long Talk Time residency at The Satellite

In a relatively short time since launching the band, Talk Time has been wowing audiences and critics with their unique brand of dreamy indie-pop. Fast forward to September 2019 and the band will be hosting a month-long residency at The Satellite in Silver Lake, LA. In collaboration with KROQ Locals Only, COLLiDE is proud to be presenting the September residency with Talk Time! Did we mention that they are all FREE SHOWS?

Premiere IF CLIMBING’s new single “Than I Was Before,” the second in a series of three singles.

Tim Williams, formerly of the LA band Soft Swells, is back with a new solo endeavor, IF CLIMBING. Back in June, Williams released the debut single, "The Good Parts," and is now following that up with "Than I Was Before," out on September 6th via Modern Outsider. To commemorate the release of the second single, "Than I Was Before" (produced by Rob Flynn), IF CLIMBING will be playing at The Satellite in Los Angeles on September 9th as part of the Talk Time September residency, presented by COLLiDE and KROQ.

PREMIERE: Greg Laswell's new song, "Crank" off upcoming new record

It's only been one year since his last release and LA singer-songwriter Greg Laswell is already back with a brand new album, Covers II. On Covers II, out on September 13th, Laswell breaks down his own interpretations from some of the best songs over the past several decades that have influenced him lyrically and stylistically, from The Verve, PJ Harvey, Depeche Mode, Peter Gabriel, Placebo, The Psychedelic Furs, Catherine Wheel and Röyksopp.
