OCTOBER NEWSLETTER My solar lights shine out for our solstice supper. Nice that we're heading into summer and won't need these outside lights until 10 p.m. or 11p.m. Soon it will be warm enough for evening walks by the sea. The dog loves that. Writing is plodding along. I really need a housekeeper to do all the laundry and washing up, the cooking and baking, the shopping and volunteer work. Then I'd have enough time to finish everything ready for editor Fiona. Holy Hell has just gone to her. It's my first attempt at creative non-fiction which is also a memoir, a memoir of the last, quite shocking six years at St Luke’s Anglican church. As one who believed in the Anglican church and its clergy as one of the few Christian churches which tried to fulfil the Christian precepts the church propounds, these last six years, where we angry and hurt parishioners have tried to get our archbishop and bishop put things right in our parish, have been cruel. The book will be launched at the end of October. If you enjoy true crime with a real horror twist do get a copy and read all about it.
