But the last two weeks in September were crazy busy. While I had been showering and washing my face (yay me!) I ran out of my face wash and started using my husband’s instead. Problem is, my husband’s face wash is formulated for oily skin and well, I have super dry skin. It’s a recipe for disaster.
I would skip my nighttime moisturizing round because I was tired. Brushing my teeth was the priority.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t wearing makeup during the day... only on the days I had clients and then, I’d be simply doing extra skin prep for makeup.
Which reminded me to remind you, there’s a big difference between skin prep and skin care. So much so that I wrote a blog post on it and even recorded a podcast episode on it.
