My life is based around people, community & campfire jams, & this song reflects that very much.” Light-hearted vocals, cheerful lyrics, infectious rhythm & island influences. Ren Stone (vocals, guitar, percussion, flutes, etc); Naomi Jones [Whoa Mule] (violin, banjo); Elsen Price [Devil on the Rooftop, etc] (double bass); Tim Bradley [Lolo Lovina, Fred Smith, Liz Frencham, Watussi etc] (drums); Susie Bishop [Chaika] (backing vocals); & Nicole Elliot [Salaka Ensemble] (backing vocals, percussion).

The Shack - 7.30pm

Daddy Longlegs & the Swamp Donkeys. From the murky depths of the Balgowlalooga swamp, rise smoky mud stained rhythms of the Swamp Donkeys. Riding astride the donkeys like a golf ball on 8 toothpicks is auburn vagabond Mr Daddy Long Legs - growling his 'Gut Butter Blues' throughout the urban forest. Their blues/rock rambles have taken them to festivals & venues across Australia. Aaron 'Daddy Long Legs' Houston (guitar, vocals), Jay McCray (harp), Stevie de Wilde (drums), Felix Funk Master Flex Akurangi (bass). Have to be seen to be believed,

Lou Bradley. First-rate songwriter with a unique turn of phrase & playful ironic touch. Coining 'hillbilly pop' to describe her own blend of alt country, bluegrass, folk & mountain music (described as having 'spiky intelligence'), she has long captivated audiences far & wide. From the northern beaches, she is now from northern NSW. Has played music forever, leaving home at 15 to play in pubs all over Sydney. Has recorded several albums; her first, 'Love Someone', was an ARIA finalist. Her voice is one of the most distinctive in Australian roots music with 'a high lonesome aspect that tears at the heartstrings'.

The Fallen Robins. No. 2 on triple j unearthed. Sydney sister trio, known for soaring sibling harmonies & poignant storytelling, drawing comparisons to First Aid Kit & Australian group The McClymonts. Songwriter Charlotte, tambourine extraordinaire Jess, & multi-instrumental Sarah - their natural chemistry shines in their folk Americana soundscape. Illawarra Folk Festival Youth Artists 2020; first headline show in September sold out. New EP is 'Stupid Little Girls'.
