We are pleased to announce next term's stellar line-up of Humanitas Visiting Professorships, with leading figures from literature, art history, drama and music. We also announce our upcoming Book at Lunchtime events, which explore subjects as wide-ranging as the development of the English language and global history. 

Applications are now open for a range of opportunities to contribute to projects, events and exhibitions in collaboration with the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford University Museum of Natural History and the Bodleian Libraries, please see below for details.

- Call for project ideas for 'Staging History' exhibition
In collaboration with the Bodleian Libraries we are accepting proposals for a lecture, gallery talk or outreach project relating to their upcoming 'Staging History' exhibition, which presents the documents generated by the crafting of dramas to present history to theatre audiences. Deadline: Monday 25 April. More info.

- Public Engagement with Research Seed Fund

An internal grant scheme to develop public engagement with research activities. Grants are expected to be between £1,000 and £2,500. Deadline: noon, 11 April 2016. More info.
