The past couple of weeks have been an avalanche of growing excitement existing simultaneously alongside an overwhelming sense of humility over what God is doing with The Joyful Life Magazine. We are already experiencing online community growth that far surpasses what our initial hopes and goals were at this stage...and we are GRATEFUL! Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and participation in growing this community of women chasing after the JOY found in JESUS.

This week we are conducting a MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY on some specifics regarding the magazine and we would LOVE your input!

We have put together a survey that takes about 5-7 minutes to complete. Your time is so greatly appreciated and your responses will help us tremendously in making sure we are moving in a direction that will best serve YOU.

When you TAKE THE SURVEY you will have the option of entering our drawing to win a $25 GIFT CARD to The Joyful Life Shop when the full website launches in March! The deadline to enter is Monday, February 19th at 3pm, MST when the survey closes.

Last week we gave away a beautiful set of Memory Verse Cards on Instagram. This week we are so excited to be giving away a SET OF 4 GREETING CARDS on Instagram @joyfullifemagazine featuring hand lettering by Hannah Thompson of @the_whitman_letters!

This beautiful set of cards was designed to inspire you to send handwritten prayer encouragement to friends.

I think we can all agree that receiving handwritten mail is very special. It shows an intentionality of care on behalf of the sender that's uncommon in today's world. In the busyness of our lives, and with technology within our reach at any given moment, we've moved so far away from the beautiful tradition of writing words with our hands that flow from our heart. It's such a simple way to care for someone and it leaves such a huge impact.

Our 4x5.5 folded greeting card sets are printed on 100% recycled, biodegradable, 130# card stock and come with nostalgic craft envelopes.

We are on track to have our website design completed and ready to launch in early March! We can't wait to have the foundation laid and the framework built to bring you content that will feed your soul and products that will compliment your Joyful Life journey.

Many of you have reached out to us about writing for the magazine. We are thrilled that so many have already inquired about contributor opportunities! We are currently working on finalizing the submission guidelines for both the magazine and the blog, as well as the submission guidelines for photographers and creatives. Our full website will be launching the beginning of March and the guidelines will be available there once it is live.

In the meantime, we are asking that anyone who is interested in contributing for the magazine (writers, photographers, artists and designers) to please EMAIL KAYLIE to be put on our contributor email list. We will be sending submission guidelines out to the email list, once they are finalized, prior to the website launch.
