Hello Roosevelt Families!
I hope you’re having a relaxing weekend after all the excitement of the first two days of school! It was so great to see our students eagerly entering our gates in anticipation of meeting their teacher and connecting with friends! Our halls were filled with teachers leading students on campus tours, our lunch tables were brimming with the sound of children’s great conversations and laughter, and our playgrounds were the center of joyful play and socialization. As I visited each class to welcome our students, it was a real pleasure to see the engagement and connections teachers were facilitating in building community. Our school has come alive! The spirit of immense gratitude and appreciation for the ability to start the school year safely and fully open permeates throughout our campus! And with that, I look forward to seeing you and all our students Monday morning to begin our first full week of school!
