Award for former AAMT staff member

Former AAMT staff member Joy Edmunds was honoured at the Mathematical Association of Tasmania Conference in Launceston last weekend. Joy was awarded Life Membership of the MAT for here many years of contribution and commitment to the work of the association. Joy worked from the AAMT Office during the early 1990s on a project to strengthen the professional development provided by AAMT and the state and territory associations. Her well-deserved recognition from her Tasmanian colleagues complements the esteem in which she is held by the wider AAMT community. Congratulations Joy!
