AAMT 50: Directions

The AAMT 50: Directions conference is the centrepiece of the 50th birthday of the AAMT. The conference will celebrate the history and achievements and establish the legacy from those 50 years. Importantly, this will provide the platform for mapping the hopes and aspirations for the association for the future – the next 50 years!

AAMT position papers

AAMT has a number of formal position statements on a variety of topics. These are designed to inform discussions on important issues in school mathematics. Recent additions are position papers on Girls and Mathematics and Promoting positive attitudes to mathematics.

NZAMT conference

"Back to the Future"

3–6 Oct 2017, Christchurch NZ

The New Zealand Association of Mathematics Teachers' conference "Back to the Future" will challenge teachers to re-vamp past practice, reflect on current pedagogy and revive passion for what is to come.
