New classes are coming!

We'll be switching over to a summer schedule from the middle of July (Dates TBC soon!) - We'll be running daytime classes and training options throughout the summer and across the local area, details of which start to be shared over the next few weeks.

As promised via many enquiries, calls and emails, we're now pleased to share with you details about 2 new classes being added to our schedule to meet the needs of our growing community, providing more high quality Parkour coaching in a friendly space, under a growing certified and experienced coaching team.

Explore Movement (5-7 Years)

TUESDAY - 5pm til 6pm - Chalkwell Junior School: To meet the growing interest from younger children, we are happy to launch our classes for ages 5-7. These classes will provide a fun, stimulating and challenging space to explore movement and develop fundemental areas of movement applicable to Parkour through activities, courses and coaching.

These classes will ensure an excellent coach to student ratio to maintain safety and support for all. Parents will be required to stay for the duration of the session.

Booking for this class will go live from Friday 6th May and classes are due to start on the 17th May up to the summer schedule.

If you have younger children who you think may be able to take part in these classes, please get in touch via email/phone to discuss.

Explore Parkour (8-15 Years)

MONDAY - 6pm til 7:15pm - Temple Sutton Primary: This brand new beginners class is the perfect introduction to Parkour for children aged 8-15. This class will deliver a rolling 6 week course to cover 6 primary areas of Parkour movement: Groundwork, balance, vaulting, jumping, climbing and teamwork/challenge.

This class will become the default entry option into our foundations and intermediates classes; developing a basic physical competency, understanding and the confidence to move into our other structured Parkour classes. Southend Parkour coaches will ongoingly assess suitability to move up from these classes into beginners and intermediate sessions. Booking will go live on the 6th May and classes are due start on the 16th May.

Current Foundations class students who think they may benefit from these sessions are welcome to attend.

As you may have heard/seen, especially if you are keeping up with us via our social media accounts (links below) Essex's FIRST Parkour Park will be coming to Hadleigh, a stonesthrow away from our very own Southend Borough!

We're really excited to be working closely with Hadleigh Park and Active Essex and will be providing a wide range of classes and training opportunities for the local community to #giveparkourago.

We'll be working hard to provide ample private tuition, small group sessions, corperate and weekly junior/adult classes utilising this counties first space.

Further information will be shared about a launch event (coming soon) so be sure to like, follow and subscribe to our social media and newsletter for updates.

It's a really exciting time for us and we look forward to moving with you through this development.

In February, working with Active Southend, we launched a Sportivate funded girls only session at St Bernard's High School for their students which ended with a full weekly classes and plenty more wanting to get involved. These St Bernard's Girls only classes will be continuing on a Friday in a few weeks time up until summer!
