Please continue to like, share and keep connected via social media it really helps make a difference. If you have any feedback or questions about classes, Parkour in general or your/your child's learning, please do get in touch via facebook or email.

Class price update for 2016.

In order to meet the ongoing demand for classes and to ensure their continued development and improvement, from 2016, class bookings will be subject to an additional booking fee. This fee is currently charged by the booking/payment systems per transaction. This charge will stand at .20p + 3.4% per transaction. This works to roughly .45p for a single £7 class.

I have some really exciting plans/structures to implement for classes in the new year further supporting student learning, so please see these fees as a means contributing to these improvements.

This setting will go live via the booking system from the 1st January 2016. Classes booked before the 1st January 2016 will not incur this charge, so book before then to save!

Parkour baby on the way!

I need to make you all aware that my girlfriend and I are expecting a baby boy at the end of February 2016! Obviously, with regards to the due date, there is a degree of unpredictability, so wanted to make you aware in advance of what to expect.

Zak Winston, a long-time local practitioner who will be joining the Southend Parkour coaching team, has just undergone his Level 1 Parkour UK Certification in Coaching Parkour/Freerunning and will be supporting Southend Parkour classes frequently throughout 2016. If I need to leave during a session, classes will cease for that night and Zak will supervise students to ensure all can get home/be collected safely. All parents will be called to collect their children. If classes have not yet started and are cancelled, they will be refunded in full. Part refunds will be available to classes that have started on request.

This will continue with a 2 week break in classes while I am on paternity leave. Booked classes will be cancelled and refunded for the fortnight, this will be further announced via the website/booking system and social media, please ensure you check all pages (especially facebook) regularly.

This is the best I can do to ensure minimal disruption to classes and schedules while allowing me to support my family, thanks for the support and understanding.

Many thanks, have a fantastic break with your family and friends and I'll see you all in the new year!
